I was having my kitchen counter tops replaced with Granite; the “Granite guy” was supposed to bring a “tile guy” to install my back splash. He didn’t; actually, he didn’t tell me this until the morning of installation! So, here I was, without a tile guy! K&M to the rescue! I found them at 9:30 AM; and by 11:30 AM their 2 man crew arrived to SAVE THE DAY! I was prepared with all of the tile and materials needed for the job, which I am sure made it easier on them. They were polite, professional and experienced. They asked questions where necessary when installing the tile back splash. I was happy with their work, and will call them again for any home improvement projects in the future! Thank you K&M for stepping up and taking care of your customers!

Our experience with Juan at Remodeling K&M was fantastic. It started with his assessment ofthe job and bid. We received four bids. He wasn’t the lowest or the highest but a solid bid. The number one reason we picked him was his professionalism during the bid process as well as the detailed paperwork submitted for the bid/work to be done. In addition, both of the references he provided left glowing voice mails of approval. He was responsive and we were so impressed that we used him for four more jobs on our home improvement list. He understands the importance of quality workmanship and keeping his customers happy. When spring arrives we will not hesitate to hire Juan and his wife.

Juan and Remodeling K&M is one of the best contractors I have met. He’s very organized, quick, responsive and is great about calling or texting me back quickly. Something that is very lacking in the contracting industry. I had him work on my investment condo, helping me get it ready for rent again and I was very impressed. He has a team of people who is skilled at different things and he’s an expert scheduler. He stays on top of his people and what I like about him the most is, he guarantees his work. He makes sure his employees are doing quality work. And if they do a mediocre job, he finds someone else to finish. I’ve had him help me with a few rentals now (I initially met him 8 months ago) and I’ve also referred him out to a few clients who are equally as pleased!
